I bought a CX30 from this dealership about a month ago. I had been looking at a number of crossover SUVs and hatchbacks before finally deciding on a Mazda. When I came in, I was greated by Tim Green who was able to answer all of my questions and then some. He never talked down to me (which some salesmen have done) and was always helpful and nice. They were ready when I arrived, even though I was a little early. They completed the work and delivered the car well within the time quoted. I liked the mechanics video and the text messages advising me of the status.
I was so impressed with my quick service. My check engine light was on because of air in the fuel line because I didn't put the cap on all the way. It was simple but I wasn't made to feel like an idiot (although totally my bad) and I wasn't charged for the inspection. It’s been about a year since we purchased the car at Mazda Oxnard, they have an excellent team from their sales all the way to the service maintenance department. If you want a hassle free experience this is the place. We just visited recently for the 2nd periodic maintenance and we’re thankful to Mr. Jonathan Montufar who accommodates us and makes sure that we have a trouble free visit every time.
Had an appointment. They don't have a shuttle service or loaner vehicles. They were busy that morning, so I had to use lyft, so make arrangements for that.

I have a 2006 Mazda which needed to be smogged, but the engine light was on and needed to be diagnosed and fixed before the registration renewal date. It turned out to need a new catalytic converter. They installed that but the engine died, no crank, as I was entering the smog station. I called Oxnard Mazda service and they had me tow the car there where they gave a loaner and fixed the issue at no charge. I was able to get my car smogged on time and want to thank the Service Dept. at Mazda for being so helpful ...

Waited a few days to write this, just to really spend time with the car. Went in to look at a 2013 Mazda Miata for my nephew. We had driven quite a ways to get there and were not told before hand there were any issues with the car, but in fairness I guess I should have asked before instead of just making an appointment. Quick and friendly service! Went in there for 30k mile service, they only recommended the oil change. They said the tires and filter didn’t need touched so they only charged me for the oil change instead of up selling me something I didn’t need.
